In the camp of Laylan for IDPs and since the beginning of its opening for IDP families, the National Institute reported the necessary required needs of protection, water, shelter, health, food, sanitation, and education that suffered from by IDP families reside in the camp, where the Institute has prepared a regular plan for distribution of winter clothing for (7462) children of ages (3 months -14 years) with funding and support of UNICEF organization due to children’s exposure to the severe cold as a result of not having those clothes with the financial inability of their families to buy them, where the feelings of joy and delight were noticed in the eyes of the children after they got those clothes, and they wore them and signs of pleasure never left their faces.
