With the aim of involving young people of both genders in the investment projects implemented in Iraq, and to implement Regulation No. 2 of 2009 regarding the obligation to employ local manpower in foreign investment companies operating in Iraq by at least 50% of their workers, NIHR leads the initiative to gain support by members of the Council Iraqi representatives and their support for the initiative, including a meeting with (Ms. Nawras Mahmoud Al-Issa), head of the Women’s Committee in the Parliament, who expressed her full readiness to make efforts to achieve the goals of the initiative and support the youth in their cause.
