Asian investment companies operating in Iraq deliberately do not organize regular contracts with those who are employed in their companies of local labor in order to evade them and in order not to grant more rights to workers included in those contracts, which NIHR considers a loss of the rights of local workers, as a result of indifference by the regulatory authorities against those companies and turning a blind eye to their multiple violations against our local workers.
