between rights and duties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Unremitting efforts and calls from various actors to achieve real and balanced participation of women in society,<br \/>\nHowever, the general development policies in Iraq need to give women\u2019s empowerment as a main goal within its objectives as a higher goal in itself, and that women empowerment and fairness and improving their health, psychological, cultural, social and economic status remains dependent on their psychological rehabilitation and the development of their own capabilities and the strengthening of their family roles and community participation.<br \/>\nFrom this standpoint, NIHR has implemented many sessions for women on resilience and developing self-leadership capabilities and life skills in several regions of Iraq, especially those that witnessed armed conflicts, to enable them to exercise their right to effective community participation.<\/p>\n<p><a
