To urge the relevant legislative and governmental institutions to activate the laws, regulations, and instructions that concern the employment of the Iraqi workforce by 50% of the workers of foreign investment companies in Iraq, taking into account the foundations of human rights in their dealings, the National Institute for Human Rights – NIHR continued its interaction with members of the House of Representatives and decision makers With the aim of putting pressure on those companies to implement regulations, which contributes to reducing unemployment, we organized a meeting with Representative, Mrs. Najwa Al Kakai, and they discussed and agreed on the sustainability of communication to invite other representatives and heads of sub-committees in the House of Representatives to fuel their efforts to reach the desired results
