The National Institute for Human Rights – NIHR seeks to focus unemployed youth, especially graduates, and to follow up on the laws, regulations and instructions related to the employment of the Iraqi workforce by 50% of the workers of foreign investment companies in Iraq, taking into account the foundations of human rights and workers’ rights in the work environment. As part of our organization’s endeavors, a meeting was organized with the decision-makers in the legislative authority represented by MP Gharib Askar Taqi to activate possible efforts and provide a suitable work environment for young people to prevent the problem from worsening and reduce the increase in the unemployment rate among young people.

تسعى منظمة المعهد الوطني لحقوق الأنسان -NIHR الأهتمام بالشباب العاطلين عن العمل خصوصاً الخريجين منهم ، ومتابعة القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح والتعليمات المتعلقة بتشغيل الأيدي العاملة العراقية بنسبة 50% من عمال الشركات الأستثمارية الأجنبية في العراق مع مراعاة أسس حقوق الأنسان والعمال في بيئة العمل، ضمن مساعي منظمتنا بهذا الصدد تم تنظيم  لقاء مع أصحاب القرار في السلطة التشريعية المتمثلة بالسيد النائب غريب عسكر تقي لتفعيل الجهود الممكنة لحيلولة دون تفاقم زيادة نسبة البطالة بين الشباب وتوفير بيئة عمل ملائمة لهم .
