هدف تهيئة بيئة تعليمية أمنة ومدى  تطبيق معايير حقوق الإنسان والعمال، إضافة الى تطبيق نظام رقم 2 لسنة 2009 الخاص بتشغيل الأيدي العاملة العراقية من قبل الشركات الاستثمارية الأجنبية المكلفة ببناء (1000) مدرسة في جميع محافظات العراق تم إجراء زيارة الى مواقع العمل الخاصة بالشركة من قبل أعضاء المجلس الأستشاري للنساء كركوك برعاية منظمة المعهد الوطني لحقوق الأنسان وبالتعاون مع دائرة الأشغال والصيانة / كركوك التابعة لوزارة الاعمار والاسكان والبلديات العامة  وتم  خلال الزيارة تشخيص مدى تطبيق تلك المعايير في مواقع العمل .
 
 
for the purpose of creating a safe educational environment, the extent of the application of human and labor rights standards, in addition to the application of System No. 2 of 2009 regarding the employment of Iraqi manpower by foreign investment companies responsible of building (1,000) schools in all governorates of Iraq, a visit to the company’s work sites was conducted by Members of the Kirkuk Women’s Advisory Board sponsored by the National Institute for Human Rights and in cooperation with the Department of Works and Maintenance / Kirkuk of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Municipalities and during the visit, the extent to which these standards are applied at work sites were diagnosed
