Iraq is taking a positive steps towards applying laws and not impunity.

In order to promote human rights in Iraq, and the need to provide legal guarantees to the accused during the investigation stages in accordance with Article (19, Fifth) of the Constitution, the Iraqi Prime Minister called on those who are exposed to forced and coerced confessions to submit their complaint to his human rights advisor, supported by corroborative evidence, according to what was issued by the media office To the Prime Minister on November 11, 2022.
