NIHR condemns the attack on several areas of Kurdistan region and the outskirts of Kirkuk province, which resulted in many casualties and injured including women and children, in addition to horrifying children while practicing their right of education. We call the disputing parties to find solutions to their conflicts away from civilian women and children and community members. We request the related parties to take diplomatic measures to limit those attacks and prevent it’s recurrence and stop all sorts of violence in the future.
