The agencies and organizations concerned with monitoring and following up on the human rights situation should pressure governments that flagrantly violate these rights in their countries, to respect them, apply their principles and act in an appropriate and suitable manner, refraining from such acts and actions that would detract from or deprive the rights of individuals and groups.
The Iraqi government should put these issues among its priorities when implementing its policies and holding partnerships and dealings with other countries as means of pressure to prevent violations committed in all their forms.
