Among the concerns and tendencies of the National Institute for Human Rights (NIHR), is to gain the support of the legislative authority represented by the Iraqi MPs on the need for gaining local youth working in foreign investment companies to acquire scientific and professional expertise and skills by effectively integrating them with foreign workers affiliated with those companies as an important step towards sustainable youth development.
