To learn about the modern mechanisms for dealing with governmental contracts for the countries that preceded us in this field, extensive discussions were held by representatives of our organization with the Chairman of the Services and Reconstruction Committee and in the presence of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Development Institute in the corridors of the Iraqi Parliament on the possibility of implementing a specialized workshop during the coming period by NIHR.
