The National Institute for Human Rights signed a Memorandum of Understanding (Joint Cooperation Agreement) with the High Commission for Human Rights in Iraq (Kirkuk Office).
The purpose of this agreement is to broaden the scope of institutional work and strengthen coordination with specialized entities in the field of human rights. It also aims to develop training programs and capacity-building initiatives, implement joint activities focused on raising legal awareness, and support efforts in monitoring, documentation, and the exchange of expertise—all of which contribute to enhancing the protection of rights and public freedoms.
