Fact-Finding and Human Rights

The human rights fact-finding mission arrives in Iraq, and in a statement by its member MP Chris Lewis, he stressed that the modest investments in the education of children in temporary camps as well as the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of the areas that witnessed Armed conflicts in Iraq for post-Daesh stage, will significantly improve the lives of children and community members who have been subjected to grave abuses in those areas by armed groups ISIS.

As one of the human rights defenders, including children, NIHR wishes to develop and expand attention to children in camps and areas that have witnessed armed conflicts in the past, and to take it as an approach to sustain the gains achieved to care for children at a time when the support of international organizations specialized in this field has diminished.
